Indications d'application
-
Approved: IHC, IP, WB (0.05 - 0.1 μg/mL)
Usage: Western Blot: 0.05-0.1 μg/mL detected the a-1 subunit in 20 μg of rat brain microsomal preparations using chemiluminescence. To reduce background, wash the blot with 0.05 % Tween-20 in PBS for 15 minutes.Immunohistochemistry: 1-10 μg/mL on ice-cold methanol-fixed tissue.Immunoprecipitation: 2 μg immunoprecipitated the a-1 subunit from rat brain microsomal preparations.Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. -
